Your storefront and how customers register

The public page where customers choose classes and pay.

Your school has its own web address: your subdomain followed by .brightpanda.app, for example riverside-art.brightpanda.app. Everything you publish appears there.

What customers do

  1. 1Browse classesThey can filter by All, Kids, Adults or Camps.
  2. 2Add a class to the cart, choosing which student it is for
  3. 3Check outThey enter their details, accept any required policies, add a coupon or gift card code if they have one, and pay by card.
  4. 4Get their confirmationA payment receipt and an enrollment confirmation are emailed straight away, each with a button that signs them in to the customer portal with no password. First-time customers also get a welcome email with a sign-in link.

Once you have subscribed, customers who tick Text me class updates also get text messages (texts to customers are off during the free trial): a one-time "you are signed up" text, then registration, payment, reminders, cancellations and schedule changes. They can reply STOP to stop all texts and START to resume.

What customers see in their portal

  • Their classes and every session date and time. Cancelled sessions are marked Cancelled with the reason.
  • Manage Attendance: tell you in advance a student will be absent and, if the rules allow, ask for a makeup class.
  • Billing, receipts and invoices; My Profile, to change their phone, email and text preference; Makeups, to see and use credits; Messages, a copy of the emails and texts they were sent.

Test it yourself before you share it: open your school's address in a private window and register a student with a small coupon or a gift card.

When a subscription ends, the storefront closes to new registrations and customers can no longer sign in. An admin can still sign in, read-only, and reactivate. See "Your Bright Panda subscription".
