Privacy Policy

Reshu Art Lobby LLC, doing business as Bright Panda ("we"), provides software that lets schools run their classes, registrations and payments. This policy explains what information we handle and why. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Two kinds of information

• About school admins(the people who subscribe and manage a school): name, email address, phone number, the school's name and address, billing details (held by our payment provider, Stripe, not by us), your record of accepting our Terms, and technical information such as IP address and browser, which we log for security.
• About a school's own customers(parents, guardians and students): whatever the school puts into the service or the customer enters when registering, such as names, contact details, children's names and dates of birth, enrollments and payment records. The school decides what to collect. We hold this on the school's behalf as its service provider and use it only to run and secure the service. Customers who have questions about their information should contact their school.

How we use information

To provide, secure and support the service; to take payment for subscriptions; to send account, billing and security messages to admins; to send the emails and text messages that schools ask the service to send to their customers; to prevent misuse; to meet legal duties; and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customers' phone numbers or text-message opt-ins for marketing or share them with others for their marketing.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the service, such as Amazon Web Services and Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messages) and Amazon SES (email); when the law requires it; to protect our rights or other people's safety; or in a sale or reorganization of our business. We choose providers with care, but they handle information under their own terms.

How long we keep it

While a school is subscribed. After a subscription ends we keep a school's data for 90 days, in case the school returns, and then permanently delete it. We keep records we must keep by law, security logs for a limited time, and the record of each person's acceptance of our Terms.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

The service is for adults who run or use a school. It is not directed to children. Information about children is entered by the school or by a parent or guardian, and the school is responsible for any parental consent the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or ask a question about this policy, by writing to reshuartlobby@gmail.com. If you are a school's customer, please ask the school first, since it controls your records.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
