Camps and events

Multi-day camps, workshops and one-off events such as birthday parties.

Use Camps & Events for anything that is not a weekly class: a week-long summer camp, a Saturday workshop or a birthday party.

  1. 1Open Camps & Events and choose Schedule a Camp or Event
  2. 2Choose whether it is a Camp or an Event, then name it and pick the activity, location and instructor
  3. 3Choose the Schedule OptionDates and daily start and end times. You can add Additional Instructors.
  4. 4Set the price and capacity
  5. 5Publish to StorefrontTurn it on when you want customers to be able to register.

Each camp or event has its own page showing the Enrolled Students, with an Export CSV button to download the list.

Example

  • Summer Art Camp, Monday July 6 to Friday July 10
  • 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, ages 8 to 12
  • Price: $225, Capacity: 16
