Do I need my own Stripe account?+
Yes — Bright Panda walks you through connecting your own Stripe account during onboarding, so tuition payments go directly to you.
Do parents have to create a password?+
No. Parents and students can sign in with a one-click link sent to their email. They can set a password too if they prefer.
Can I sell gift cards and offer coupons and discounts?+
Yes. Gift cards, coupon codes, automatic discounts and your own custom fees are all built in and apply at checkout.
Can I import my existing students?+
Our team can help migrate existing rosters during onboarding — reach out to support once your workspace is live.
Do I need a credit card to start my trial?+
No. Sign up for free, with no card, and use your admin portal and customer portal for 7 days. When you are ready, choose a plan and add a card in Settings, at any time, even on day one.
What happens after my trial ends?+
Nothing is charged. Your admin portal becomes read-only and your customers can no longer sign in until you choose a plan. We keep your data for 30 days, and everything comes back the moment you subscribe.
